Where Have I Been?
Hard to believe that it was a year ago this past week that I decided to start a blog! I have been overwhelmed with the response and the wonderful posts that we have had this year. Friendship that I have made through requesting posts, fun at the Decatur Book Festival and much much more!
February will be a month for Celebrating! "All For The Love Of Darcy" will be the theme and I will be giving away a Kindle at the end of the month for the best true life Darcyholic story! So watch for the details in the next few days! But any of you who would like to be included in the gift package by providing an Kindle copy of one or more of your books, please let me know!

Since before Christmas, I was called by family to sit at the death bed of a wonderful man, a World War II hero. He had been my father and mother died 10 days apart in 2005, but has been in my life since 1984. This wonderful man died on 1/6/13 and I was able to be a part of planning the services, as well as beginning to look at estate issues before returning home. I thank many of you who have reached out and sent notes, cards, emails, facebook messages, phone calls, etc.
In honor of this man, who was my father in law, I am working on a post about him, and about some of the World War II/Pride and Prejudice alternative time period stories that have either been written or in the process of being written. This will be a part of my "All For The Love Of Darcy" month long celebration in February!
